Obituary for Matthew James Titus
Matthew James Titus, 49, of Pine Grove, WV died peacefully at his home on Sunday, February 5, 2023 with his family near his side.
Matt was born May 12, 1973, in Weirton, WV son of James L. Titus of Pine Grove and the late Maryfay (Utt) Titus.
He was a log truck driver for Dallison Logging, graduate of Valley High School Class of 1991, loved to drive and play with his tractor.
Surviving in addition to his dad, is his wife of twenty-five years, Vickey (Price) Titus; daughter, Brandi Sams of Parkersburg, WV; brother, Greg (Beth) Titus of Mannington, WV; grandmother, Shirley Titus of Big Run, WV and grandson, Cooper.
Friends received 2-8 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at the Williams Funeral Home, 12750 Shortline Hwy, Pine Grove, WV where services will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, February 9, 2023 with Lee Brown officiating. Burial to follow in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery near Hastings, WV.
