Obituary for Garrett William Watson
Garrett W. Watson, 21, of Jacksonburg, WV passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020.
Garrett was born January 8, 1999 in Catawba County, North Carolina; son of Jason and Amy (Cunningham) Watson of Jacksonburg, WV.
A graduate of Valley High School, he loved racing, riding and working on ATVs, appreciated Muscle cars and attended the Zion Assembly Church of God.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Sue Moore; maternal great grandparents, Jerry and Betty Hayhurst and Norman Cunningham; paternal great grandparents, Frank and Garnet Watson and Ralph and Dollie Wallace.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his brother, Konner Watson of Jacksonburg, WV; maternal grandparents, Kevin and Carol Cunningham; paternal grandparents, Bill and Ruby Watson; maternal great grandmother, Martha Cunningham and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Friends received 1-8 p.m., Thursday, June 18, 2020 at the Williams Funeral Home, 12750 Shortline Hwy, Pine Grove, WV. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, June 19, 2020.
Interment to follow in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery near Hastings, WV.
