Obituary for Harold E. Willoughby
Harold E. Willoughby, 90, Pine Grove, WV went to meet his Lord, Sunday, March 1, 2020 while at Peterson Hospital.
Harold was born December 31, 1929 in Proctor, WV; son of the late Holly and Louisa (Workman) Willoughby.
He was a retired pipefitter for PPG, a U.S. Army veteran, enjoyed working on lawn mowers, repairing wrist and pocket watches and whittling with wood. He was an active member of the Pine Grove Christian Church in Pine Grove.
He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Wilma L. Willoughby and sister, Xie Goddard.
Surviving are his son, Robert “Bob” Willoughby of Reader, WV; two daughters, Vera Lynn Willoughby of Pine Grove, WV and Cindy Sabo of Adena, OH; four sisters, Verna Yoho of Paden City, WV, Lennice Goddard of California, Elnore Tuttle of Proctor, WV and Sharon Lawrence; six grandchildren, Robbie, Steve, Jamie, Zachary, Sarah and Robert; two great grandchildren, Morgan and Madilyn and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 2-6 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at the Williams Funeral Home, 12750 Shortline Hwy, Pine Grove where services will be held 11 a.m., Thursday, March 5, 2020. Burial to follow in Paden Memorial Gardens in Paden City, WV.
