Obituary for Charlotte Fay Wilcox (Brown)
Charlotte Fay Wilcox, 71, of Jacksonburg, WV died at her home on Friday, January 3, 2020.
Fay was born May 31, 1948 in Reader, WV; daughter of the late Charles and Patricia (Powell) Brown.,
She was a homemaker, past member of the Rebecca Lodge in Wallace, WV, loved crocheting, quilting and working at her concession stand for the carnival and member of the Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stewart “Buzz” Wilcox; son, Packie White; step-mother, Mary Brown Fox; mother-in-law, Thelma Irene Wilcox; siblings, Carlos Brown, Charles Brown, Jr., Ruth Puglia and Bobbie Doorknocker.
Surviving are her son, Kevin (Kim) White; two daughters, Kim (Troy) Leek and Karen Greathouse all three of Jacksonburg, WV; three step children, Tim (Natala) Wilcox, Randall Wilcox and Brenda (Hershel) Lipscomb; seven grandchildren, Christopher, Kevin, Jr., Arisha, Katlynn, Telisha, Jackie and Gary; nine and a half great grandchildren, Brayden, Aurbree, Erin, Kendall, Esther, Emma, Kylin, Cole, Granger and one due in March 2020; brother, Bud Yoho of New Martinsville, WV and sister, Sharon Yoho of Wheeling, WV and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 5-9 Monday, January 6, 2020 at the Williams Funeral Home, 12750 Shortline Hwy, Pine Grove, where services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 7, 2020. Burial to follow in Lowman Baptist Cemetery.
