Obituary for Patricia Lynn "Pat" Haught (Cheeks)
Patricia “Pat” Lynn Haught, 73, of Reader, WV went home Thursday, January 31, 2019 while at Wheeling Hospital.
Pat was born March 28, 1945 in Oakdale, TN; daughter of the late Jack and Geneva (Davidson) Cheeks.
She was a homemaker, a grandmother that loved her grandchildren, she taught them to count at an early age by counting points in card games, she enjoyed traveling – especially Myrtle Beach and a member of the Pine Grove Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Don Timmons.
Surviving are her husband of fifty-seven years, Dave Haught; son, Dr. David Laif (Neylla) Haught of Little River, SC; two daughters, Tammy Watson of Reader, WV and Lana (Rob) Stackpole of Clarksburg, WV; four grandchildren, Beverly, Trisha and Heikki, Casey and Matthew and Brisa; nine great grandchildren, Avery, Koleton, Kyli, Mitch Ryder, Kansas, Jordy, Matthew, Noah and Koda; two sisters, Jean (Tom) Conley and Carol Timmons both of Lexington, SC; childhood friend, Sarah McCann in North Carolina and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 4-7 p.m., Monday, February 4, 2019 at the Williams Funeral Home, 12750 Shortline Hwy, Pine Grove, WV; where services will be held at 7 p.m. with Greg Morris officiating.
