Betty Ruth Stormick, 83, of Clarksburg, WV formerly of Piney, Wetzel County, WV died Tuesday, February 27, 2018 while at Fairmont Health and Rehab in Fairmont, WV.

Betty was born October 1, 1934 in Piney, Wetzel County, WV; daughter of the late Leroy Guy and Lillian Pearl (Judge) Cunningham.

She was a homemaker, helped her husband with his carpet business, loved gardening and growing flowers and a Protestant by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Stormick; two sisters, Freda Surgeon and Pauline Crane and two brothers, Robert Cunningham and Bill Cunningham.

Surviving are two brothers, Jack (Sharon) Cunningham of Knoxville, PA and Norman (Mary) Cunningham of Wytheville, VA; nephew, Franklin “Bud” (Pam) Cunningham of Piney, WV.

At Betty’s request there will be no services.

Burial will take place in the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, WV.
