Obituary for Linda M. "Aunt Linda" Thomas
Linda M. Thomas, 73, of Pine Grove, WV died Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at her home.
Linda was born March 28, 1942 in Hastings, WV daughter of the late Leon Carson and Sarah L. (Curtis) Willis.
She was a homemaker, past employee of the former Hi-Way Inn, loved to collect angels and butterflies, enjoyed visiting with folks, had a unique sense of humor, loved children and member of Faith Fellowship in Reader, WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Bobbi Jo Thomas; son, Jeffery Hostutler; step-father, William Willis; two sisters, Lura Johnson and Judy Leek and two brothers, Ted and Bob Willis.
Surviving are, three sons, Mark Curtis, James Thomas and Russell Thomas; three daughters, Shirley Hostutler, Jackie Stump and Rachel Thomas; special girls, Marlene Levan, Debbie Bates and Carolyn Yoho; brother, Larry Willis; four sisters, Mary Weekley, Virginia Friling, Nancy Faethe and Brenda Glendenning; twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 4-7 p.m., Saturday, July 18, 2015 at the Williams Funeral Home, 12750 Shortline Hwy, Pine Grove, WV where funeral service will be held 2p.m., Sunday, July 19, 2015 with Pastor David Kelly officiating.
Interment in Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Hastings, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made, in Linda’s name, to Pine Grove Park, PO Box 286, Pine Grove, WV 26419.
