Obituary for Anderson Carl Noland

Noland, A. Carl, 77, of Pine Grove, WV went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, April 19, 2015 while at his home.

Carl was born June 2, 1937 in Piney, WV son of the late Anderson Dock and Alma (Nolan) Noland.

He was a retired millright for the former Ormet Corp, loved hunting and fishing, member of NRA, lifetime member of the American Hunting Club, Richwood Hunting Club, graduate of Tyler County High School, graduate of WVNCC, volunteer EMT with Pine Grove Station, a U.S. Army veteran and member of Pine Grove Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Bruce Noland and sister, Emma Harbert.

Surviving are his wife, Susie Noland; three children, Stephanie Hooper of Woodsfield, OH, Jennifer (Nick) Kuretza of Georgetown, KY and Andy Noland of York, SC; five grandchildren, Nicholas, Brandon, Dustin, Miranda and Skyler; great granddaughter, Lily; brother, Rex (Carol) Noland of Masa, AZ; three sisters, Beulah Hayhurst and Jessie West both of Fairmont, WV and Sharon (Bob) Schultz of Moundsville, WV.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the Williams Funeral Home in Pine Grove, WV. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, April 22, 2015 with Greg Morris officiating.

Interment to follow in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery near Hastings, WV.

Honor Guard to conduct graveside service.

Memorial contributions may be made, in Carl's name, to charity of donor's choice.
