Obituary for James Arnold Perkins

James Arnold Perkins, 77, of New Martinsville, WV died Monday, October 29, 2018 while at Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, WV.

James was born January 26, 1941 in London, WV; son of the late Charles Addison and Evelyn Madelene (Lowe) Perkins.

He served in the U.S. Army as a Specialist.

James had five siblings; Janet, Rebecca, Frances, Addison and Donald.

No services were held. Burial in the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, WV.

Memorial contributions may be made, in James name, to Palmer Cemetery Fund, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV 26155.
