John C. Rohde II, 59, of Pine Grove, WV died Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at his home.

John was born September 1, 1958 in Norfolk, VA; son of the late John F. Rohde and Myrna “Sandy” (Eubanks) Rohde Amos.

He was a retired coal miner, he enjoyed riding his Harley, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyelle Rohde.

Surviving are his wife, Grace (Davis) Rohde; two daughters, Amanda (Bub) Fluharty of Piney, WV and Jessica Clampitt-Holsenbeck of Pine Grove, WV; four brothers, Robert L. (Rita) Rohde of Pine Grove, WV, Joseph P. (Johanna) Rohde of VA, Gary J. (Rebecca) Amos of LA and Edward H. Amos of TX; two sisters, Barbara A.(Dewain) Starks of VA and Renay (Don) Mason of Reader, WV; three grandchildren, Haley (Jeff) Fluharty, Rylee Fluharty and Ezri Dai Clampitt-Holsenbeck; great grandchild, Addie Billiter; two step-sons, Jack Davis of Proctor, WV and Gary Davis of Pine Grove, WV; step-daughter, Candy Davis of Jacksonburg, WV; step-grandchildren, Jay Smallwood, Victoria Smallwood, Sarah Davis, Jackson Davis and Maxx Davis and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

At John’s request there will be no services.
