Minges, Isabel M., 86, of Reader, WV died Thursday, November 20, 2014 in Port Orange, FL.

Isabel was born February 19, 1928 in Reader, WV daughter of the late James M. and Junie E. Poulton Cochran.

She was a retired secretary for Wetzel County Schools with thirty-one years of service, a greeter for the Williams Funeral Home, former treasurer of the Reader Volunteer Fire Dept., member of Shortline Lion's Club, WV Association of Retired School Employees and member of the Reader Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh F. Minges.

Surviving are her daughter, Susan (Charles) Worth of Port Orange, FL; brother, Jimmy (Wanda Mae) Cochran of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Bonnie Brown of Reader, WV and Neva Snider of St. Mary's, WV; two granddaughters, Melinda "Mindy" (Greg) Eastham of Port Orange, FL and Amanda "Mandy" Underwood of Pine Grove, WV; brother-in-law, Lee (Joyce) Minges of Sarasota, FL; seven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Friday, November 28, 2014 at the Williams Funeral Home in Pine Grove, where service will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, November 29, 2014.

Interment to follow in Cochran Cemetery near Reader, WV.
