Obituary for Douglas L. ""Doug"" Brown

Brown, "Doug" Douglas L., 65, of Pine Grove, WV died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family.

Doug was born December 27, 1948 in New Martinsville, WV son of the late Earl D. and Erma R. Cousins Brown.

He was a retired labor with Labor's Local #1149 out of Wheeling, member of Pine Grove American Legion Benton Lowe Post No. 81 and a Protestant.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Brown.

Surviving are his wife of thirty-three years, Joyce Taylor Brown; son, Jeremy Brown of Pine Grove, WV; daughter, DeLinda Taylor of New Martinsville, WV and brother, Jerry (Jackie) Brown of Middlebourne, WV.

Friends received 6-8 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 2014 at the Williams Funeral Home, 226 N SR 20, Pine Grove, WV where service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, April 4, 2014 with Tom Fluharty officiating.

Interment to follow in Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Hastings, WV.

Honor Guard will conduct full graveside service.
