Obituary for John P Anderson

Anderson, John P., Age 79, formerly of Reader, WV died Saturday, March 3, 2007 with family members at his bedside.
John was born December 25, 1927, the son of the late Dewey and Pearl Brock Anderson.
He was a retired employee of Ormet and proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Maxine Quinn Anderson; three brothers, Dudley Anderson, Kenneth Anderson and Robert Anderson and three sisters, Sarah Powell, Fannie Lakatoes and Imogene Workman.
He is survived by two sons, John Anderson and John Anderson, Jr. of Wheeling, WV; daughter, Brenda Anderson of Paden City, WV; four brothers, Bill Anderson and his wife, Kate of Folsom, WV, Junior Anderson and his wife, Darlene and Burl Anderson and his wife, Janet all of Wellsville, OH, Dale Anderson of New Comerstown, OH; four sisters, Irene Duke of Hannibal, OH, Dorothy Sellers of Paden City, WV, Ilene Raber of New Martinsville, WV and “Gerry” Haught and her husband, Frank of Reader, WV.
Friends were received 2-8 p.m. Monday, March 5, 2007 at Williams Funeral Home, State Rt. 20, Pine Grove, WV where services were held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2007 with Ron Crowe officiating.
Interment Milburn Cemetery, Reader, WV.
Memorial contributions may be made in John’s name to charity of donor’s choice.
