Obituary for Deborah A. Bassett

Bassett, Deborah “Debbie” A., 58, of Reader, WV formerly of Colliers, WV died Friday, May 25, 2012 at New Martinsville Care and Rehabilitation Center in New Martinsville, WV.

“Debbie” was born June 9, 1953 in Steubenville, OH daughter of the late Lloyd Burton and Mary Arietta Morgan Bassett.

She was a homemaker and a Methodist.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Austin Bassett.

Surviving are her two sons, Gene (Charlotte) Basset of Porters Falls, WV and Billy Joe Haught of Crows Run, WV; daughter, Consuelo (Mitch) Eddy of Crows Run, WV; brothers, Ronald Lee (Debra) Morgan of Pine Grove, WV and Lloyd (Carol) Bassett of Paden City, WV; sister, Bonnie (Jim) Clites of Illinois; six grandchildren; one great grandchild and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends received 2-8 Monday, May 28, 2012 at the Williams Funeral Home in Pine Grove, WV where service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 29, 2012 with Jeff Tucker officiating.

Interment in Straight Cemetery, Crows Run, Reader, WV.
