Obituary for William "Oscar" Rice

Rice, William “Oscar”, 62, of Wileyville, WV died Sunday, September 23, 2012 at Wheeling Medical Park in Wheeling, WV.

“Oscar” was born July 8, 1950 in Big Run, WV son of the late William Junior Willie and Goldie Mary Williams Rice.

He was a member at the Wileyville Church of Christ.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Roger and Mickey and two sisters, Betty Teagarden and Carrie Ellison.

Surviving are his wife of forty-three years, Geraldine Highley Rice; five brothers, Paul Rice, Jerry Rice, Herbert Rice, Jack (Ruby) Rice and Gerald (Georgie) Rice; three sisters, Susie (Mitch) Gonzales, Virgie Kuhnes and Mary Gale Watson.

Friends received 5-8 Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at the Williams Funeral Home, 226 N SR 20, Pine Grove. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at the Wileyville Church of Christ with Greg Morris officiating.

Interment in Moore Cemetery in Morris Run.
